RoyAl Technology Management offers full support services along with equipment rental of Audio Visual Presentations. Normal used at conferences but we will be willing to support you at any time of event. RoyAl Technology Management offers at least ten projectors for rental, along with ten laptops or video players depending on your needs. We also offer at least three staff members to help man all the equipment at your events. You can just let us know what you need for an event and we will make it work for you. We can also have more resources at our disposal at request with plenty of notice.

Video Taping

RoyAl Technology Management is a full service Videography Company, specializing in the Time Compression Editing and Retrospective Touches. These are new and exciting concepts in presenting your special event. For all your company needs, we videotape conferences and workshops for meetings.
Most of us trust video to preserve their most cherished moments and once in a lifetime events. Unlike photographs, which offer only a static visual record, video adds both motion and sound that give the viewer a true “you were there” experience.

Rather than using all of the footage that was shot, we choose key scenes that fit together to document your event in an entertaining, easy-viewing program that you will be proud to share with family and friends for years to come. Depending on your company needs we use time compression or full footage shooting for documenting training sessions or important lectures that need to be recorded or use to for future uses.

Many clients have told us that they hesitate to show their traditionally edited video to friends and relatives, much less view it themselves more than a few times. This is because a typical event video's 90 minute or longer length cannot maintain viewer attention, and thus is difficult to watch in one sitting. Time Compression Editing, however, is well paced and enjoyable to watch. By using a combination of real time clips, slow motion, dissolves, and special effects, Time Compression Editing easily holds viewer attention during the average 30 to 50 minute length.

Since Time Compression Editing, by design, does not contain all of the footage shot, we include an edited rough cut containing all the footage that was recorded. This way you will have a complete documentation of your event, and therefore will get the best of both worlds!

The Retrospective interview is an add-on feature of Time Compression Editing. The interview is conducted anywhere from one day to several weeks after your event. Taking place at a mutually agreed upon place and time, we will ask you a series of prepared questions to elicit your thoughts and feelings surrounding your event.
Your responses are creatively integrated into the Time Compression Editing. It adds an extra personal touch to the video of your special day!
